Everything was good except for one minor detail. I only received one snap pin with D3112.

My overall experience with "Hitchweb" was great. The customer service person was very pleasant to talk to and on top of that, they're located here in Canada, so there's no cross border shipping. Plus, once I ordered, it only took 3 business days to be on my doorstep. On the other hand though, the website is extremely lacking in being user friendly. Almost every pic that you see on their pages are the same item. The description is vague and it makes you questioning, "Well which one do I need then." When you call, because you will be calling customer service. Have all of your truck SPECS ready and I mean everything. "Year, model, fuel type, bed size, length of running boards or no boards and factory hitch or aftermarket." Also, if you have any doubts after that, contact the Technical department to 100% confirm the product # will fit your truck. *****What they need are more drop down options to help you narrow the selection of products down and a better product description for each one. Also, with-in that certain item page, what truck versions will that product fit.***** Happy camping everyone
