Hitchweb did a great job sourcing my products from multiple vendors that had inventory. I received all my products in a timely manner. Hitchweb advertises they price match but it does not include sale pricing from a competitor. They also would not honor the regular price until the sale was over. This to me is not price matching.

The customer service rep was not too helpful in supplying info before I made the purchase. I was asked to provide the exact manufacturer's product numbers before she would move forward. As a rep for a dealer you would think a few keystrokes (as I had to do) would have moved the sale forward. I then had to call back and provide this info. The delivery also had a "misstep" somewhere close to my home and was delayed.
